Hour of Power will be hit at our 25m Indoor Heated facility on the below dates crossing over with a key focus on stroke correction.

Swimmers will take on an intensive session which will challenge swimmers to upskill their learning and education across all strokes and skills targeted towards improvement on technique.
Our Head Coach Alex delivers an in depth out of the box thinking intensive session to get the best out of each individual.
Each swimmer will receive feedback on what to take forward into future swimming sessions.
